What do you expect from a 14-year-old 9th grader? The usual school, tuitions, friends, mobile etc. However, unlike most children of her age, Chandani Grover, a student of The Sanskaar Valley School in Bhopal has gone miles ahead by defying odds and changing the mainstream narrative by conceptualizing and establishing a centre for providing shelter, food and healing for the abandoned n rescued animals. Chandani, like a lot of us, has been extremely passionate about animals since her early childhood. Though she was asthmatic and allergic (especially to dog hair) but this was no deterrent for her love for animals.
