Our reporter Nazneen in conversation with Koral Dasgupta on her journey of finding the voice unheard and bringing it to the world.

Koral Dasgupta is an author, academic, columnist, painter and professional speaker. Her first book titled “Power of a Common Man” traces the journey of Shah Rukh Khan as a brand personality. In her second book titled “Fall Winter Collections”, she explores the romantic journey of a sculptor from the streets of Santiniketan. She also runs a media start-up www.tellmeyourstory.in, where she compiles stories of common people whose stories are usually unheard and unattended. Koral has also compiled a special collection of short stories book on called ‘Come Home Papa’  written by the daughters of Truck Drivers on the plight of truck drivers across the country. She is an advisory member at the Censor Board of Film Certification and reports from Mumbai.
