With its vision ‘Everyone a Changemaker world, Ashoka’s Youth Venture Program was launched in India to empower Indian youngsters to become agents of social change by encouraging them to emerge with innovative ideas and social ventures. Ashoka’s Youth Venture is an international community of young changemakers, with over 6,000 Venture teams in 23 countries across the globe. The Youth Venture program in India identifies 20 young changemakers across the country every year who have taken initiatives in their own spaces to create a bigger impact in the society. These 20 youth venturers between the of age 12-20 years are offered mentorship, support and training for their respective ideas or projects.
