“My reason to join IIM wasn’t about getting a job; it was more about not missing out on the MBA experience. The thing about IIMs is their way of teaching is very different; plus, we also had the freedom to question our teachers. Although I did not take the placements, I did some summer training in an advertising agency and few courses in entrepreneurship and ERI (Exploring Roles and Identity). At the end of this, I had realized that I didn’t wish to take up a job and just go back to writing, which was my passion” says Rashmi
