The Optimist Citizen

What is the first impression you get after reading the title? Are you imagining the lives of people after a 9-5 job? If so, then let me tell you, the title doesn’t talk about that! Here we are going to read about the lives of five people who are not only enjoying their post-retirement stint but also are enthusiastically serving the society in one way or another. The stories of these socially devoted people underline an important value – gratitude. They have laid a percept for others to follow. A percept in giving back to society in place of what we receive. When life becomes drudgery for many, they have shown a way how to make it worth living.

Let’s get to know them more!
