The canvas of Africa is wide, vibrant, and transcendent. The rich heritage it harbours and the thousands of cultures that germinated from it, rightly makes it the proverbial cradle of life. And today, innumerable artists and artisans are trying their best to transmit this culture onto a modern counter. Some get the audience they deserve, but for every painter or artist who is lauded, thousands are forgotten and washed away.
